I am still alive. I'm still struggling each day to stay that way. Some days are more challenging than others, but some days I actually get to leave the house.

I am blessed to have the knitting and crochet, because they keep my busy and distracted from discomfort, and at the end of a day, I don't feel so useless, because I made 'this piece' of stitching.

Project Review 2015 Mourning Fichus

I did several Mourning Fichus
for Living Historians.

The first Fichu is full of Texture, but not too
much.  This is Lion Brand Wool Ease,
a Wool Acrylic Blend.  AVAILABLE

 

This Mourning Fichu has no texture, but does have some ruffles at the bottom.  It is made from Lion Brand Wool Ease- Wool/Acrylic Blend AILABLE

 

 

This Mourning Fichu done in a Faroese Style shawl has texture only at the bottom.              Aunt Lydia's Denim Yarn,  Cotton Acrylic blend. AVAILABLE.
